NOW it’s the end.

I posted an entry every day in June.

I have kept you up to date on my health issues, my dog, my house, and whatever else has caught my attention long enough to blog about it.

I can honestly say that I have enjoyed this experience – I tend to when I do this sort of thing. The problem is that I have to like the theme. NOW is a very good theme for me because I am trying to be present in my life and stop putting things off to the future. Plans, schmans. I need to do things when I decide I want to do them.

So far this month, I’ve done more for my injury than I had in the previous two months , I’m eating better than I have since last autumn, I’m more active than I’ve been in a year, and I’m honestly having more fun even if the world has gone to shit and DC is trying to ruin Wonder Woman for the 70th time.

Because I can only worry about NOW.

NOW it’s Monday. Oh Monday.

This is only the first Monday of June.

My stomach bug has kind of cleared up. Which means all kinds of food sounds really good again, but if I eat something too spicy or acidic or whatever it could irritate my colon. Oh, I should have said “TMI” before I told you that.

I’m recycling that joke from an actual conversation, which is the reverse of what usually happens – I usually recycle something from my blog in an actual conversation.

Over It.

I can’t read (strangers) mommy-blogs any more. I have nothing to add there, or here, on that subject. Also, anyone with an intentional brand. I think that’s 98% of blogs.

Weird Experiences.

I have to admit that between the market crashing, trying to buy a house, working High Holy Days, insomnia, catching a cold, and having too much to drink on Sunday, the blogging is not being kept up with.

I will be catching up with my “Reasons to Vote for Obama” – and I’ve got a big post about Proposition 8 that I’m thinking about – but I think that posting the rest of the lists isn’t going to be happening any time soon. But I do like having the list to refer to if I need something to write about.

I am getting ready for my sister to visit (!) and then Cassy’s party is the weekend after she leaves… it’s going to be a fun couple of weeks.

Also, I went down a pant size. So, there’s that.

September. You know it!

Hey, remember this post? I’ve been saving it to do when I felt sort of blah about blogging.

I’ve been feeling very blah about blogging lately.

I’ve also not been very excited about NaBloPoMo themes since the month of lists. Nothing inspiring lately. I’m crossing my fingers for October.

But I seriously dug writing the lists, so when in doubt, try and recapture the past!
