It was a long weekend. LONG and not very relaxing, but I did get to have Pimm’s Cups on Sunday, so that was nice.
We also went to see Chris Isaak on Friday night, and that was a very good show. Two words: Discoball Suit. The only downside is that it was at a casino and, yuck, I don’t like going to casinos. They are smoky, noisy, and too many blinky lights.
I have Friday off because of a Jewish holiday and so I am looking forward to relaxing this next long weekend. Relaxing for me means cleaning up my house, working on projects, sleeping in, and not socializing with anyone but my husband. No offense to other people, but I need to recharge my batteries!
