I feel like I’ve been moving non-stop for all days in recent memory. But that’s not right, because Sunday was super relaxing and fun.
The gym regime is going very well and I think that I’ll be able to keep it up this week. Today, even though I felt like I was dying from exhaustion, I did a mile and a half hill climb on the treadmill, lifted weights, and went for a swim.
I feel like the first law of thermodynamics should apply to this experiment and my energy level should decrease or remain constant, but maybe I’m not a closed thermodynamic system? And honestly, I don’t know why I think that. It seems sciency.
Sunday was super-awesome. But you did have to drive quite a bit, which I’m sure contributed to the feeling of constant movement.
Well done with the gym. That sounds like great progress.
