For dinner…

Serves 4.

- Large pasta shells
- Peas
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Garlic infused olive oil
- Butter
- Seasoned salt
- Cracked black pepper

Cook pasta until done, stir in 1 cup peas, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 1 Tablespoon olive oil, butter, salt, & pepper to taste.

Yum!

My own recipe, but it’s basically carbonara without the cream, pancetta, or egg.

You could add anything you want to it, more veggies and it becomes a kind of primavera or use mizithra cheese and kalamata olives and it’s greek pasta. I think the important thing is to use really great ingredients – so get fresh cheese, not the Kraft green cylinder cheesefood product.
